Shamanic Journey Instruction

Join Catherine for a personalized teaching session where she will instruct you on the basics of Shamanic Journey practice! In this session, Catherine will: share her lineage with you; go into depth on how, why, and when journey work can be supportive for your spiritual practice; explain details of the process; prepare the sacred space, calling in the directions & kind, compassionate spirits who are ready to do this work with you; and she will drum for you for several journeys, while providing feedback & acting as a witness for your practice. Be sure to bring a journal, an eye covering, light shawl or sweater, and your water bottle.

Upon arrival mama will be served a mug of hot herbal tea while she settles into an aromatherapy foot bath and organic sugar scrub will be used to exfoliate the feet before a luxurious foot massage is given. Next mama will settle herself onto the massage table (we have special pillows for face down and face up if desired) for a 60 minute massage. She will leave with a gift bag complete with a belly oil, bag of tea and aromatherapy roll-on blend.

Personalized Aromatherapy Consultation

Have you ever wanted to have a perfume or aromatherapy blend made especially for you? In this unique session, Catherine will speak with you about what your current goals are with your well-being, what you are looking to achieve with your aromatherapy blend, and will take you on a fragrant journey with these precious aromatic oils before creating your very own custom blend!

Holistic Wellness Consultation

This session will focus on addressing current health concerns and goals. Through reviewing your health history and current health goals we will develop a wellness plan to actualize your vitality! Use of herbal remedies, essential oils, nutrition, and other holistic health paths will be explored and recommended based on individual circumstance. Phone consultations are available upon request.

Shamanic Healing

In this session, Catherine will enter into non-ordinary reality on your behalf (with the aid of rattles or drums), and may retrieve messages for you from Spirit Guides & Teachers. What to anticipate: the work we will be doing may be on the floor of the clinic space; bolsters, pillows & blankets will be provided for your comfort, or you may lay upon the massage table. Please come with specific questions or intentions for our time & a journal for notes for messages retrieved, if you so desire.

This session is intended for those who have previously done shamanic journey work, from semi-beginners to avid students to experienced practitioners. Catherine will set the altar space, provide crystals, oils, and plant medicine, will drum for a number of journeys, and is available by your side for support, and guidance, as needed. Crystal Healing

Begin this session with a cup of tea and a short consultation. This clothed session uses crystals, intention, smudging, and a variety of other modalities for health and wellness of physical and energy bodies, mind and spirit. Crystal layouts as well as chakra cleansing and tuning, aura clearing, grid work, light stone massage and other tools may be incorporated depending on what you need at the time. This tends to be a deeply relaxing and refreshing session.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle, light touch approach that releases tensions in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax, self correct, and free itself from pain and discomfort. This therapy is indicated for many health concerns including: temporomandibular joint disorders, traumatic brain injury, migraines and headaches, ear pain, stress and overwork, trauma, adrenal fatigue, among others. Therapeutic Massage

Manipulation of the body's soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. This traditional Western massage treatment is a blend of Swedish, deep tissue and other table massage techniques suited to your individual needs. Whether your are looking to relieve pain, release tight muscles, relieve stress , or relax, you will leave this treatment feeling restored. Organic products, including a personalized essential oil blend are used during this session.

Prenatal Massage

This nurturing massage is perfect for any mama-to-be who is looking for relief from common pregnancy discomforts or who just wants a nice relaxing massage experience. Aside from prenatal massage training, the licensed massage therapist has also received due date and post due date massage technique training. Organic products, including a personalized essential oil blend are used during this session.

Thai Massage ON HOLD DURING COVID

Thai massage, also referred to as Lazy Man's Yoga is a dynamic massage performed on a mat on the floor. This fully clothed massage incorporates stretching, warm herbal compresses, and breath work with a focus on opening energy lines, releasing tension, and inducing relaxation.

Dressed Intention Candle - Using herbs, oils and sometimes crystals, staff will create a custom dressed candle for you based on your desires and dreams.
