With COVID cases still occurring and flu season here, we are requesting that our visitors follow the precautions listed below to keep us all safe and healthy. Please cancel your appointment immediately if:

You have any covid or illness related symptoms. Symptoms include (but are not limited to) fever, body aches or chills, digestive upset (vomiting or diarrhea), sinus congestion or cough, lack of energy or overall not feeling well.

Please wash your hands upon arrival. We are committed to your health and well-being. We are following the same precautions listed above. In addition we are taking the following precautions to keep us all safe and well:

All surfaces are cleaned between each client.

We are washing our hands before and after every client.

We are running an air purifier with a HEPA filter in the clinic room at all times.

We are using aromatherapy and smoke medicine in an effort to keep the air clean.

We are committed to canceling all appointments if we are feeling less than our best.

Himalayan Salt
Hot Stone Massage
Himalayan salt hot stone massage uses heated salt stones to perform portions of a Swedish or deep tissue massage. Some of the warm stones are set on specific areas of the body, while others are held by the practitioner and used for massaging muscles and soft tissue. There are many benefits to receiving a hot stone massage including grounding, deep relaxation, muscle tension relief and rejuvenation.

Intuititive Tarot Reading
Receive life guidance through a 60 minute tarot card and intuitive reading with our dear house reader Erin Elizabeth. Come with specific questions in mind or just come for general guidance. Bring a journal and an open mind to capture the messages. This session pairs well with an intention candle or reiki add-on

Reiki
This relaxing treatment consists of an ancient laying of hands energy therapy to restore balance and well-being to the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method to self-improve where "spiritually guided life-force energy" is gently channelled into the body.
Cost: $50-$95
Duration: 30 - 60 minutes
Pregancy Gift Package
Upon arrival mama will be served a mug of hot herbal tea while she settles into an aromatherapy foot bath. After a short guided meditation, an organic sugar scrub will be used to exfoliate the feet before a luxurious foot massage is given. Next mama will settle herself onto the massage table (we have special pillows for face down and face up if desired) for a 60 minute massage. She will leave with a gift bag complete with a belly oil, bag of tea and aromatherapy roll-on blend.

Massage Series & Packages
Massage series and packages are a great way to commit to your health and the health of your family. Any package may be shared between family members. These packages are intended as in incentive to those desiring regular bodywork sessions for pain relief, relaxation or overall vitality.

CBD Oil - Locally sourced, organic & full spectrum CBD massage oil used for any massage service. (excluding prenatal massage services) This service does not add any time to the session, just CBD product.

Crystal Healing - This session uses crystals, intention, smudging, and a variety of other modalities for health and wellness of physical and energy bodies, mind and spirit. Crystal layouts as well as chakra cleansing and tuning, aura clearing, grid work, light stone massage and other tools may be incorporated depending on what you need at the time. This tends to be a deeply relaxing and refreshing session.

Dry Skin Brushing - Stimulate the lymphatic system and gently exfoliate the skin with this add-on. A detoxifying essential oil blend is applied to an all-natural dry skin brush and a specific pattern is used stimulate optimal lymphatic flow and detoxification.

Dressed Intention Candle - Using herbs, oils and sometimes crystals, staff will create a custom dressed candle for you based on your desires and dreams. Candles created for the manifestation of your personal magic only. Think prosperity, release, home blessing, self-love, relationship manifestation, new job, dream work, health, etc. This service can be added to a session or to order for pick up please call the shop at (303) 524-9831. Plant Brushing & Smoke Medicine - also called a Limpia, plant brushings are great for helping to release that which is no longer serving us and for bringing a blessing from our plant helpers and spirit guides. Plants are used to brush the body inducing a sense of peace and well-being. This add-on is a client favorite.

Sound Healing - Close out your massage with a vibrational healing session with the soothing sounds of the steel tongue drum. Ease the mind into the trance-like theta space that allows for deeper healing on the subconscious level. A 15 minute sound healing session will be facilitated by Jana, our massage therapist who has been leading sound journeys for the past few years.

CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following policy: a late cancellation/rescheduling fee of $45 will be applied to any appointment that is cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in the same charge. Thank you for your understanding.
