    1t herb simmered in 1c water for 2-5 minutes, or steep for 20+ minutes. Strain and enjoy plain or with cream and sweetener. Delicious hot or cold. Do not leave prepared tea out longer than 24 hours. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
