Sacral Chakra - jojoba oil, essential oils of vanilla, jasmine, giner, cinnamon, turmeric & sunstone crystal. Apply this oil to your low abdomen & low back.

Solar Plexus Chakra - jojoba oil, essential oils of tangerine, calendula, atlas cedar, petitgrain & citrine crystal. Apply this oil to your upper stomach between your rib cage.

Heart Chakra - jojoba oil, essential oils of Roman chamomile, rose, lemon, angelica & unakite crystal. Apply this oil to your heart center.

Throat Chakra - jojoba oil, essential oils of german chamomile, lavender, ravensara, rosemary, peppermint & blue lace agate crystal. Apply this oil to your throat center just above your collar bones.

Third Eye Chakra - jojoba oil, essential oils of frankincense, copal, basil, mugwort & labradorite crystal. Apply this oil to the bottoms of your feet & at the center of your head at brow level.

Crown Chakra - jojoba oil, essential oils of myrrh, frankincense, lavender, lime, rosemary & amethyst crystal. Apply this oil to the top of your head & in your hair if desired.
