Blend for a healthy response to dry, spasmodic cough.
Dry Cough Tea 3oz
Chamomile, mullein, plantain, marshmallow, thyme, ginger, licorice, wild cherry bark.
4T herb to 4c freshly boiled water. Steep 20 minutes up to overnight. Strain through a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth TWICE and enjoy. 2-4 cups daily is ideal, do not leave out longer than 24 hours. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
