Peppermint, lemon balm, lemongrass, passionflower, cornflower, eucalyptus, lavender, gingko, licorice root.
4T herb to 4c freshly boiled water. Steep 20 minutes up to overnight. Strain and enjoy sweetened or not. It's fantastic over ice. 2-4 cups daily.
